MiRooms has shut down

After years of helping you find the perfect meeting spaces, MiRooms is shutting down. Thank you for making it part of your daily workflow.

Effective immediately, all room bookings will be managed through Microsoft 365 Resources, fully integrated with your Outlook calendar. The new system offers a more seamless and efficient booking experience, right where you already manage your meetings.

Detailed instructions on how to make reservations using Microsoft Outlook will be shared via email. All existing reservations are being manually entered into the new system.
